The Staff of Fai D. Flowright

If you're familiar with CLAMP's new manga, Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE, which is basically a dimension-sliding adventure with recast CSS characters and some new ones, is one of the few CLAMP works that I really like. One of its characters is the (former) Wizard of Seresu, Fai D. Flowright, a lanky, white-haired man with a fluffy white fur coat and a complex tattooed sigil on his back. Sadly, he gives up the sigil (which allows him to cast magic) as his price for joining Syaoran's journey, but he does get to keep his nifty staff, which consists of an irregular, off-kilter quartz crystal on a unique head, with a long and thin staff underneath.

This sketch was down in the wee and illegal hours of the morning, and took on the order of twenty minutes, which explains the quality. Later, I might clean it up and ink it.
